Skills Development

Our Skills Development programme creates accessible meaningful pathways into the cultural and live events industries.

Through volunteering, practical training, mentoring and real paid opportunities, we support LGBTQIA+ people to build confidence, gain industry experience and develop the skills needed to thrive in creative and technical roles.
